Dagger Company provides timely, relevant, accurate and lethal intelligence to support operations, synchronize intelligence collection, architecture, and analysis in the execution of unified land operations. We manifest the intelligence common operating picture to assist maneuver commanders in making educated tactical decisions on the battlefield. Dagger Company integrates collection assets with maneuver units and the Brigade while supporting the targeting effort. We deploy and provide single-source collection, tactical unmanned aircraft system capabilities, and collected intelligence processing capabilities.

Our Brigade Intelligence Support Element (BISE ) platoon collaborates and disseminates information, intelligence products, and analytical conclusions with the rest of the Brigade intelligence elements and higher echelon intelligence organizations. the BISE comprises of the analysis and fusion section, the intelligence processing team (Tactical Intelligence Ground Station [TGS]), and the IEW systems integration section.

Our Intelligence Collection (IC) platoon manages Dagger company’s collection capabilities by providing C2 of HUMINT and SIGINT teams in response to tasking’s and monitoring assets to ensure mission accomplishment and logistical support. The IC has an operational management team (OMT), HUMINT teams, technical control and analysis cell, and SIGINT teams.

Our Electronic Warfare (EW) platoon provides electronic warfare capabilities to target adversary electromagnetic capabilities to support the friendly scheme of maneuver. The platoon integrates with SIGINT capabilities in order to provide synergetic capabilities to locate enemy signal emitters, communicate their locations across multiple spectrums to the Commander, and provide options for enemy signal disruption. The EW teams consider where to best position its collection assets while minimizing risks and gaining a position of relative intelligence advantage.

Our Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System (TUAS) platoon consists of a mission planning and control section, a launch and recovery section, and is equipped with four aircraft. GEOINT collection from the TUAS platoon assists commanders and planners by serving as a confirming source intelligence for other intelligence disciplines, such as SIGINT and HUMINT. TUAS also supports the targeting effort, including information for combat assessment, by detecting and tracking targets before and after an attack. They provide situational awareness of both natural and man-made terrain to support the GEOINT cell and to support the staff intelligence production process.
