Lieutenant Colonel Patrick J. Sullivan was commissioned in 2003 as an engineer officer from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from USMA, a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri Science & Technology, a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from Stanford University, and a Degree of Engineer in Sustainable Design & Construction from Stanford University.

His previous assignments include Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer in Alpha Company, 864th Engineer Battalion, Aide-de-Camp for the Deputy Commanding General of I Corps, Design Engineer, 555th Engineer Brigade, Fort Lewis, Washington; Assistant Brigade Engineer, Bravo Company Commander, and HHC Company Commander, 9th Engineer Battalion, 172nd Infantry Brigade, Schweinfurt, Germany; Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematical Sciences and Systems Engineering, United States Military Academy, West Point, New York; Brigade Engineer and Battalion Executive Officer, 40th Engineer Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, Fort Bliss, Texas; Brigade Detachment Commander, 2/1 AD, Fort Bliss, TX; Deputy Commander, US Army Corps of Engineers, St Paul District, St Paul, Minnesota.

His military education includes the Engineer Officer Basic Course, Engineer Captain’s Career Course, Airborne, Ranger, and the US Army Command and General Staff College.

His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal (1 OLC), the Meritorious Service Medal (4 OLC), and other awards and decorations. He has earned the Ranger Tab and Parachutist Badge. He is a recipient of the Bronze Order of the De Fleury Medal, the 2005 Grizzly Award for the best Engineer Platoon Leader in the US Army, the 2009 Itschner Award for the best Engineer Company in the US Army, the 2016 Dean’s Award for Scholarship Excellence for the best research at USMA, and the runner-up for the 2016 Dr. Wilbur B. Payne Award for the best research in the operations research field in the US Army. He is a licensed professional engineer and a certified project management professional.

LTC Sullivan is a native of Hibbing, Minnesota. He is happily married to Ellie Sullivan, and they are the proud parents to Levi (7yrs) and Xavier (2yr).

Command Sergeant Major Michael Arroyo is a native of The Bronx, NY. He first enlisted in the United States Army in June 1998 as a Horizontal Construction Engineer. CSM Arroyo is married to the former Ms. Lahela Kalohi of Waimanalo, Hawaii. They have five children: Miata, Dario, Mikhail, Diego, and Isabella.

CSM Arroyo’s awards include; Bronze Star Medal (2OLC), Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (1OLC), Army Commendation Medal (4OLC), Army Achievement Medal (1SOLC), Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Citation, Army Good Conduct Medal (7^th award), National Defense Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, Kosovo Campaign Medal (1 Bronze Service Star), Afghanistan Campaign Medal (2 Campaign Stars), Global War on Terror Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terror Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (Numeral 5), Army Service Ribbon, NATO Medal, Combat Action Badge, and Senior Parachutist Badge.
